iNet WOL - Wake on Lan App Reviews

No problem with this app, wake on lan, wake on wan... Just what I needed! Works as described.

Watch out, this doesnt work with iphone 3.1, it simply crashed. Also doesnt work in 3g or edge, you have to be connected via a wifi network, so I dont understand one of the previous comments that said it works great in 3g. It actively tells you to connect to a wifi network before you can use it. In that case I would just use my laptop using a shell script. However, I was interested in this to allow me to remotely wake my home machine from a corporate network, where they may block this kind of signal.

Its easy to use. User friendly, beautiful, and works with all my devices. I recommend you it. But be aware that you cant shut down a Pc... Only iMac.

O aplicativo não funciona nem mesmo para acordar um dispositivo dentro da sua própria rede, quiça pela internet. Sei que não é problema de configuração pois outros aplicativos funcionam. Dinheiro jogado fora. The application does not work as it should. I cant even Wake on LAN my notebook. I know its not a configuration problem because other applications work normally. Dont buy it. It is a waste of time and money

Wasted $1.99 AND my evening trying to get this to connect. After spending a whole evening trying to get this to work, I gave up and found another application which ACTUALLY works! Beware! Do not purchase!

Bought this app about a year ago. Works perfectly fine. Not for people who dont know what WOL stands for.

Awesome app. I use it to remotely wake my macs so I can use teamviewer Has problems with 10.7 though. It cant wake a Mac with lion

I use it all the time in conjunction with Splashtop to wake my PCs.

Works as advertised, easy to setup remote PC, easy to operate.

Thanks to this app, and a dynamic dns address, I am now able to wake up my iMac remotely. Then I use Jump Desktop to log in and use my desktop from the road.

Very ergonomic and easy to use. Can be used in LAN infrastructure as well as via Internet.

This is a veryuseful application. It let me wake up my macpro in a wifi network or from remote. Very useful let the machine in sleep mode and activate it only when needed. Very simple and intuitive setup, cheap price. Quickly and kindly support: Ive requested the possibility to put machine in sleep mode from remote and they told me about a future upgrade. Very nice. I will give 5 stars when the option will be implemented.

Had it working within minutes of installation. Wake on Lan and Internet worked with little configuration. The auto configuration option worked well. Great application.

After wrestling with my Fios router and software firewall, INet WOL works just fine on WIFI. I will read up on internet WOL.

How many times have you been at work and cannot remote in to your machine at home because its asleep or your power turned off or for whatever reason. With some EASY and FAST configuration, I am able to use my 3Gs to power up all of my machines from anywhere I have AT&T service and or Wi-Fi. Locally in my network not so much an issue, however, this application automatically detects your settings by providing IP addressing. Great work! Great App!
